An accommodation which is meant for larger groups of guests, this property which is spread over three floors, boasts wonderful views over and out across the Pennines to the rear of the house.

The entrance hall is warm and inviting with luxurious black tiles adorning the entrance hall floor way. To the ground floor of this large property you will find a dining room, a fully fitted cottage style kitchen and a WC, not to mention a large outer yard to the rear which is perfect for those summer barbecues.

Going up to the first floor there is a large living room and a double bedroom. In the living room you will find two double sofa bed and a single sofa bed, which are all more than comfortable enough for you to lounge around in while you watch your favourite movies or programmes on the huge plasma screen television. There is also a hifi system and a DVD player complemented by a surround sound setup which completes the entertainment centre nicely.

The third and final floor is where you can find another double bedroom and lastly a beautiful master bedroom with an en-suite shower room. This house is just ten minutes drive from Manchester City Centre, and its surrounding area is a multicultural and vibrant one where you can find all types of foodstuffs from across the world in the local shops.

Then, just a few minutes walk down the road you can find the Manchester Fort shopping complex where you can find popular shopping choices such as B and Q, Comet, Boots, Next and Mamas & Papas to name but a few. You can also dine here in restaurants such as Nando's and Pizza Hut, or sit down and have a coffee at Costa whilst watching the passers by.

If you need to accommodate a large group of people for whatever reason, this house should be high up on your list.
