On the left of the balcony you have full Marina view and on the right is the famous Sheikh Road & city view.

Hundreds of eating places are on are just minutes walk away from the apartment so too are shops & cinemas.

Metro from the Airport going to UAE exchange takes approximately 45mins, your metro stop is Jumeriah Lake towers and then just a 10 minutes' walk for most people to the apartment. We suggest you jump in a taxi for a very short ride.

This apartment is located within a secure building monitored by security and concierge. Should your guest numbers on arrival be more than that which was confirmed beforehand additional charges of 456 AED per extra guest will apply
Our check-in procedure is handled by staff located at the property the concierge will show you to your apartment and let you in.
Please note a Tourism Tax fee of up to 30 Dirham per night will be applied to your special offer depending on the number of rooms booked.
Should your booking be direct and not via special offer this will be added to your invoice and can be paid direct into our account.
A credit or debit card is required to secure your booking.

30% of the total costs of your booking will be taken on the same day of booking.

The remaining balance will be taken within seven days of your arrival unless otherwise requested.
