The teen idol was discovered in 2007 after posting dozens of homemade videos on YouTube. Bieber racked up over 10,000,000 views from word-of-mouth alone and, at just 13, was signed by Island Records after being championed by Usher.
His first two albums My World and My World 2.0 are both platinum selling records, and his Christmas 2011 album Under The Mistletoe topped the albums charts in both the USA and Canada. Believe reached number 1 in the UK album charts, making Bieber at 18 the second youngest male solo performer to obtain this accolade.
